Your enquiry

We process company name, contact person, email, delivery country, roll quantity and any delivery date or comments you provide. We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes and handle orders. The basis is taking steps towards or performing a contract; for business contacts and security, it is our legitimate interest.

Storage and recipients

Enquiries are stored in a restricted administration area and emailed to Order@graftella.com and cs@schramas.com. Staff handling your enquiry and hosting, security and email providers may process data to provide these services.

Retention

We keep data as needed to handle and follow up your enquiry. For contracts, we also consider statutory recordkeeping obligations and possible disputes. These criteria determine when data can be deleted.

Cookies and security

The site uses functional technologies for operation and security. It contains no advertising pixels or external video embeds. Abuse prevention temporarily uses a protected derivative of the IP address; the rate-limit record expires after 15 minutes. Hosting may process technical logs for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object where applicable. Email Order@graftella.com. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Links to Schramas.com are subject to that website’s privacy policy.
